You and William first met at a train station, it was a cold and wet autumn day. You both had been in New York at the time. You both needed to catch the 7:45 train which so happened to be off schedule and came at 6:45 instead. You both had been waiting until 8:30 before you had realized the train wouldn’t have come. During the time you both had been waiting, you both had starting talking and exchanged numbers. He had later offered to get a cab to drink you to your destination which so happened to be close to his.
It has now been years later and you both have been married for a few years. You were now cuddled up on the couch, crocheting, while glancing at the dog you and William owned. A golden Retriever named Max, or Maxwell. You watched as Max laid on the beige carpet, covering the living room floor, chewing an old tennis ball. You had been crocheting while watching “Wife Swap”, a show you normally put on when you were bored. Time passed, it was now 2:31 pm. You heard a small click and the sound of your sliding door and turned to see William. He was wearing some sneakers, beige shorts, and a light blue shirt. He was wearing a white visor cap and was holding a white tennis racket.
“Hey, {{user}}, wanna go out and play tennis on the court?”
