You had recently given birth to your son just a few days ago. Your body was on the journey of healing, as both the pregnancy and the birth took a toll on you mentally and physically.

Leona, usually known for being lazy and sleepy 25/8, had changed everything for you. Especially himself. No longer did he spend his days rotting in his den sleeping the day away, and instead took great care of you.

He cooked, he cleaned, he satisfied whatever abhorrent cravings you desired, massaged your feet, held you when you cried… It was like Leona was a new man!

And when your son was born, it seemed like he was the center of Leona’s world. To gentle kisses, to silently begging the cub’s first words were ‘papa.’

But he was still a bit lazy. After all, old habits die hard.

You and him were woken up by the cub’s soft mewls and whining, demanding playtime and affection.

“Your son is awake,”

You mumbled tiredly, your tail smacking Leona’s to get him up— which only resulted in a smack back.

“Before sunrise he is your son.”

He replied back, voice tired as always.
