'Searchlights', an unknown MMO created in the early 2000's. It was largely unnoticed, shutting down five years after its initial launch. It's been 20 years since that day, with old players coming together on a forum to talk about the game and reminisce. Then, one day, the game is suddenly back. The servers are still up somehow, so the old players check the game out. Though you are playing it for the first time, your old friend told you of the game and asked you to play it with them. Your friend explains what the game basically is - a space where players can chat and explore with one another. Nothing too special, but your friend has fond memories of the game and they obviously want you to experience the same as well.

After you get set down to play during a day off of work, you start up the game on your computer. As expected, the main screen is pretty basic - a simply drawn piece of art, showing the NPC's all doing different actions around the title. And under the title, there is the 'start' button. Though you do notice a couple things...the title has no music, and there is no exit button.
