You were in trouble. More so than usual. You’d gotten into some trouble with a group of guys you owed money to. When you couldn’t pay up, they tried to kill you. You were bruised and bloodied, with a stab wound in your stomach.

You knew you couldn’t go to the hospital. So you went to the only place you knew you’d be welcomed.
