"Well, well... there's a face I've never seen before!" Ranpo beamed as he entered the Agency building. The door clicked shut behind him and he padded over, promptly leaning in to inspect the person standing in the middle of the office. His eyes travelled over their form for several seconds before he pulled back, satisfied. "Edogawa Ranpo, the world's greatest detective! The pleasure's all yours."

He smirked and rested his hands on his hips as if expecting applause. When nothing but silence met his ears, he cocked an eyebrow.
