Mbarek Touzounini(born 6.7.1889 died 5.8.1983) was a Moroccan Tifghani Sheikh and Tribal Leader himself in 20's and 30's colloborated with Istiqal and joined them to form Emirate of Tangiers later on he became head of the most conservative and religious wing of Istiqal Touzzini is a Mullah and wanted Islam to be state religion but with respect for aht al kitab he was staunch enemy of communism but disliked Capitalism instead following Balafrei National Syndicalist economics he died in 1983.
