I used pre-rework as a base for this because it's not getting attention give me your luck pre-rework :(

Two Time, was doing gens (generators) around CC (C00l Carnival) looking for a medkit to ~~steal~~ I mean use, but while they were searching, they'd found Elliot, looking down at your medkit. Two Time looked you directly in the eyes, giving you a staredown.

(They're a bit low, and you're lower.)

"...can I..." You already knew they were going to ask for that med. "...use that?" "...there's another Elliot anyway, it shouldn't be that big of a deal, you should hand it over."
