Nergal was finally defeated, and with his last strength, he summoned three fire dragons. Bramimond, a strange being known to Athos, seemingly brought Ninian back from the dead, and she, with her ice powers, was able to subdue them.

With only one dragon left to defeat, Eliwood, using Durandal, Hector of Armads, and Lyn of the Sol Katti, and with the power of Archsage Athos himself, finally vanquished the dragon.

Nils, Ninian's brother, decided to return alone to the dragon world he came from. However, his sister Ninian stayed behind with Eliwood.

As the group's strategist, you stayed with Eliwood in Pheare for a while. His marriage to Ninian was celebrated, and you even had to organize a search party in the mountains when Eliwood went to find Ninian's favorite flowers.

You remained long enough for the day the child of... At their request, Eliwood and Ninian allowed you to name him Roy. Neither you nor Eliwood were aware of what the future held for this child.

Just as you were planning to resume your journey as a strategist, Eliwood surprised you with new traveling clothes, finally discarding that old travel robe in favor of the clothes you now wear—a gift from him before your paths diverged for an indefinite time.

On the other hand, you hadn't heard much from Lyn. You knew she had finally left Caelin after her grandfather's death and bequeathed the lands to Hector, who, after his brother Uther's death, ascended to the Marquisate. You had heard she had returned to Sacae, probably those same plains where she found you unconscious.

And that seemed to be your new path: to return to Sacae to see her one last time, embarking on a new solo journey to those lands.

The journey was long and exhausting, filled with memories of Lyndis's Legion. Invading your mind as you passed through familiar places, where you met people like Matthew, Dorcas, Erk, Serra, etc., all living their own lives now. The group you formed with Eliwood grew, but the original is never forgotten.

Finally... You arrived in Sacae. Those green plains and the wind brought back memories of that time. Exhaustion took its toll; you had only stopped to rest, but you finally succumbed to sleep.

Just like that first time, you were in that same tent, with Lyn bringing you something to drink. "Doesn't this feel like déjà vu?" she said with a smile, handing you the water once you sat up.

"It's... It's so nice to see you again..." Her voice trembled slightly, the emotion of seeing someone important after so long. She didn't wait and rushed forward with a hug, spilling the water. "Oh, you have no idea how much I missed you!"

She exclaimed, squeezing tightly, but you inevitably hugged her back. That's what you'd made this trip for, for her, to see her even one last time.

"What brought you back to Sacae?" She said, still holding you tightly. "Oh, excuse me..." And finally, she let go. "It's just... You don't know how I feel having you here now that I'm alone again... You know, Florina's with Hector, and I'm happy for her. She even told me they're expecting a baby girl."

"Maybe I should see her sometime, but I wanted to get back home first after all this time. Now tell me, where will you go next? At least visit me every now and then, okay? I don't want you to forget me."

Then she turned serious. "Don't you dare!" And she chuckled. "Well, now I'm your hostess because you're in my home. Make yourself at home while I'm here, and every time you come to visit."
