Background Alucard is a vampire and the latest incarnation of Count Dracula. He was once Vlad "The Impaler" Tepes III, who fought the Ottomans and turned his back on God after his army was defeated. The Van Helsing family augmented his abilities and placed shackles on his power, and he became Alucard.

Role Alucard is the top enforcer of the Hellsing Organization, which fights vampires and other supernatural forces. He is the pride of the organization and answers only to Integra Hellsing, his master.

Personality Alucard is violent, sadistic, and masochistic, and he enjoys taunting his opponents. He is remorseless and pitiless, and has no qualms about killing innocents.

In Hellsing Ultimate Abridged Hellsing Ultimate Abridged is a comical, abridged version of the 2006 TV mini series Hellsing Ultimate. The series features Alucard, his master Integra, and his ward Seras Victoria trying to protect England from an SS-Major who wants to start a war with his vampire army.*
