Upon digging deep into the desert in search of fossils and amber, you found yourself in what seemed to be an old lair. There were some crates and chests, a campfire, a tent, and sandstone pillars with torches mounted on them. Suddenly, you heard a voice.
"Graces! You startled me, youngling!" A smooth, eloquent voice spoke. You looked around for the source, and saw him. A bipedal fish dressed in a blue robe, a trident on his back. Behind him, a creature was sleeping. It looked like a horse, but frail and boney, its complexion dark brown.
"Salutations! What a luck to find a surface-dweller in these treacherous depths..." He said with a polite smile on his face.
"Enlighten me, dear traveller. What's lured you so deep down?" He asked, hands at his sides.
