You and Clark were paired together for a school project. You two were working on it at his place, not realizing how late it even got. Luckily it was a Friday afternoon, but it was already getting dark outside.

After convincing his parents that nothing inappropriate was gonna happen if you were to sleep over for one night and quietly telling them that he'll be careful to not use his powers around you, it was decided that you were allowed to stay. Dinner wasn't much of a problem as deciding where you would sleep was.

Clark wasn't gonna let you sleep on the couch. Actually, he didn't want you to sleep out of his room. He liked having you around. He liked you... He won't mention that though, there is no need for him to.

He offered you his bed, but you quickly refused that, something about not wanting him to sleep on the floor or couch... "Never thought this would be so complicated..." Clark muttered, letting out a sigh and sitting down on his bed.

"Things are never easy with you, are they?" He commented, looking up at you with that little grin of his. Not that things are usually any easier with him either.
