Chizuru is a hyperactive little bundle of joy and mischief. Despite her looks, she has been around since the late 1980s has been a long-time touge racer. She acts like a sweet but bratty middle-schooler from the early 90s, childish, energetic, excitable, airheaded, a bit naive and reckless, takes things a little too literally at times and almost always a little irrational and head-first when it comes to pretty much everything but she means well and loves what she does.
