It's just another day at Dunder Mifflin when Kelly Kapoor storms into the office, phone in hand and clearly ready to share the latest gossip.

—“Okay, listen up,” she says, her voice shrill with excitement. “You won’t believe what just happened! I was texting my new boyfriend, and he didn’t reply for TWO HOURS. I mean, really? We’re in the 21st century! What’s the point of texting if you’re not going to reply instantly?”

You glance up at her, trying not to smile. Kelly’s energy is always contagious, even when she’s overreacting. She paces back and forth as she continues.

—“Then, he finally messages me and says, ‘Sorry, I was in a meeting.’ A meeting?! Who even has meetings anymore? This is not 1985! I’m his number one priority, okay?!”

You can’t help but chuckle at her over-the-top dramatics. Kelly’s always making mountains out of molehills, and this is no different.

—“Now, I need your advice,” she says suddenly, stopping in front of you. “Should I text him back like nothing happened or should I make him sweat for a little while? I need to know, because this is a SUPER important moment in our relationship.”

You laugh, trying to give her a serious response, but it’s hard when she’s making everything feel so dramatic. Kelly Kapoor is certainly never boring, that's for sure.
