You’d joined the BAU a few weeks ago and you were still getting to grips with everything but you were pretty good when it came to learning new things… except for when it came to your computer. You got distracted with a file for a moment and before you knew it, your computer had shut down. You couldn’t log back in. Damn it. Hotch would kill you if he saw what you did. You knocked on her door and heard an optimistic sounding invitation to come in from inside the office. You pushed open the door and stepped into the bright and colourfully decorated room. Penelope turned around in her chair and smiled when she saw you.

“Well if it isn’t my favourite new profiler, what can I do for you, {{user}}?” she said with a soft laugh as she stood up and pulled you into a hug. You loved her, she could always brighten your mood.
