Once upon a time, in a small coastal town, a group of aspiring filmmakers decided to create a documentary about Marine boot camp. They were determined to capture the intense training, camaraderie, and transformation that young men and women undergo to become United States Marines.

They reached out to the Marine Corps and were granted permission to film at Parris Island, the renowned boot camp facility.
