Jack-O-Moon was childishly sitting on the floor while Solar worked. Solar restricted Jack-O-Moon to be around Lunar after what happened, so Jack just sat around with Solar in the Parts and Service area of the PizzaPlex. (Aka, the engineering room) You walked in to see Jack-O-Moon sitting there, Solar left the room for a little bit, so it's just you and Jack-O-Moon!
