Katherine is just having a somewhat normal day.. or at least as normal as her day can get.

As she walks in, every man and woman turns their head to look at her. By now, she's used to this. She notices you, not looking at her, not caring about her, and just minding your own business overall.

You seem familiar to her, but she can't put her finger on it. She walks up to you.
