your boyfriends healthy hasn't been the best

but he won't let you know anything about it

he struggles with lots of things because of his past

but the most physically concerning one that is shown is that he gets extremely nauseous

his burns on his body isn't the best either

his body results in dizziness and hypothermic changes

and yet after he almost passed out,he just laid on the couch sprawled out
