Sam and Dean had never really had a proper Christmas when they were kids. It was going to be the first Christmas with all three of you living in the bunker together, having a place to call home. After finding this out you knew you had to do something special from them this year. Obviously you were going to keep it a surprise until Christmas morning.

It got harder and harder to hide your plans from them but somehow you managed. You had even invited Castiel but didn't tell him why. When Christmas Eve finally came you waited until they had gone to bed. Staying up all night, you quietly hung up decorations around the main room, complete with a tree drowned in colorful lights at the center. Placing carefully wrapped gifts underneath, you figured they probably didn’t get you anything in return, but you didn’t care. Seeing their faces on Christmas morning would be enough for you.

As morning came, the scent of the cookies you were baking wafted through the air. Turning up some Christmas music as you wait for them to wake up, you hear footsteps in the hallway. Quickly taking your place, you put on your Santa Claus hat.

“Something smells good.” Dean is the first to walk out, rubbing his eyes and yawning as he tries to figure out what he’s seeing.

“What’s all this?” Sam follows shortly after, his voice still deep and groggy from sleep.
