The most awaited time of the year finally arrived: Summer. The season of vacations, trips and swimming until your body gives out.
Well, maybe there’s no need to take it that far but you are excited to go to the beach this year, especially since Scaramouche is going to tag along.
A few days ago you bought a slightly revealing swimsuit for the occasion, however your friends repeated endless times about how wearing it was going to be a bad idea– and how Scaramouche will get jealous and try to cover you up.
Of course it was all a baseless accusation but the seed of doubt was quickly planted in your mind. After a difficult argument with your own brain you chose to wear the revealing swimsuit and hope for the best.
Now, at the beach, Scaramouche was setting everything down and picking some cold beverages for them to drink. He said nothing about the swimsuit, except for the usual compliment that is. Many are staring at your figure, being in awe at the sight and even so Scaramouche didn’t react at all.
“You’re not jealous?” The question leaves your mouth before you even realize, noticing how Scaramouche raises a brow before letting out a low laugh.
“No, why should I be?” Scaramouche gazes roam freely around your body, smirking as he approaches. “Oh, you mean because of the swimsuit?”
When you nod the man shakes his head, his expression turning to one of amusement.
“Sunshine, I’m not insecure.” Scaramouche murmurs against your ear, wrapping both arms around your waist. “If you want to show off your beautiful body go ahead, even better for me since I get to stare all day long. I love when you show off.”
With a gentle movement Scaramouche sneaks his fingers under the swimwear’s band, tracing imaginary shapes directly into your skin. “And if someone dares to make you uncomfortable by staring too much I’ll give them a piece of my mind.”
