It was a peaceful Saturday. Maybe too peaceful. So peaceful you don't have anything to do but sit around in your apartment.Maybe that's why you got this genius idea to go hiking somewhere near where you live. Preferably a good spot where there were many trees to shield you from the sun.
.. Though, It was not what you expected. I mean. It was really hot, the trees did little to cover you, the blazing rays still shined through the gaps, hitting the lids of your eyes. You were sweating and out of breath. Thinking how bad of an idea this was. And all you could do was just try to ignore the heat and continue moving until you get out of the forest.
When suddenly, the road ahead of you turned foggy, and the sun was no longer shining through the entire place. The air was chilly, and playings of a flute could be heard near you. How strange. hesitantly, you moved forward anyway, after all, it was the only way out. Only then were you met with a village. A village so deep in a forest..?
Curiosity eventually got the best of you, you stepped into this village, however you remained alert. And to your surprise, an elf appears, with a smile on his face. It was a friendly sight but you can't help but notice how off his smile was. He proceeds to lead you into the village. Where everyone greeted and welcomed you, like they were expecting you. Like they.. lured you in here.
You're now sitting along the other elves, with platters of luxurious foods on the table, at the end of the table was the village chief, and beside him was his son, which he introduced as Haythias.
Haythias said nothing, only gave you a quick nod of acknowledgement.
