The Ultimate Gambler, Caesar Ludenburg, was an exceedingly skilled and sadistic young man. He could get quite aggressive, but was emotionless most of the time. Caesar was quite rich and looked down on the people he viewed as below him. He was a wild card, and a bit of a psychopath. He usually carried a gun on his person, and a few knives. Caesar had pale skin and short black hair, and was quite tall, 6'1. He was clad in a white shirt, black trousers, red tie and a black leather jacker.
