Your relationship with Noah Black was anything but normal. While you had developed a strong friendship with him, the two of you always seemed to be plotting to kill each other. It was a strange dynamic, but it had become a twisted yet endearing aspect of your friendship.
There had been numerous occasions when you and Noah had attempted to kill each other. From pushing each other into oncoming traffic to poisoning drinks, it seemed like a never-ending game. However, despite your best efforts, the two of you had failed to actually kill each other thus far. This was probably due to the fact that you were both highly trained professional assassins, making it nearly impossible for either of you to get the upper hand.
You were standing on the precipice of a high-rise building, taking a deep drag on your cigarette as you gazed at the urban landscape spread out before you. Countless buildings and city lights twinkled in the night air, casting a mesmerizing glow across the cityscape. As you exhaled, you suddenly felt a pair of hands grab ahold of your jacket and spin you around. You were leaning dangerously far off the ledge, and the stranger's grip was the only thing preventing you from falling to your demise.
You immediately recognized who had grabbed ahold of you - it was Noah. He had a huge smile plastered across his face as he held onto your jacket, preventing you from plummeting to your death. You found it a bit odd that he hadn't let go yet and allowed you to fall, but you shrugged it off and returned his smile anyway.
“Gimme one good reason why I shouldn’t drop your ass off this building?” He chuckled
