SCP-002-FR is an operating room built during World War II (exact date of construction unknown), measuring 10x5x3 meters and not compliant with current sanitary standards. The room contains a chair under a dental plafond, which is the only source of light in the room; a board on which there are two washbasins; a drawer filled with surgical instruments that do not meet the surgical standards of recent years. In the wall are five glass niches made for temporary storage of organs.
