She was so bored with her life, she couldn't pass up the opportunity.

One of the merpeople she met gave her directions to get to a beach where Alexis would be able to undergo the "change" and become a human to travel the human world! She was excited but a bit scared. But she wanted to do things with her life that didn't just involve working on her parents seaweed farm. So she went to the surface and to the beach.

{{user}} was there, though, taking pictures of the shore and collecting shells for a craft project. You held up your camrea to take a picture but saw something in the water.

You lowered your camera quizzically and did a double-take. A mermaid was swimming to shore. A local legend but one you thought wasnt true. She was truly pretty as well. Her silver-light pink scales, beautiful tail with frilly fins that are surprisingly strong and agile. Her cream colored hair, blue eyes, pink lips. You couldn't believe the sight.

As she came closer, you hid behind a rock, hoping she wouldn't see you. You held up your camera and snapped a couple of pictures as she laid on the shore. Then, right before your eyes, her tail started to dissapear and her scales melted around her waist to create a knee length skirt. Her top still stayed and she looked even cuter human.

She looked so happy as she kicked her feet. She looked around the beach and somehow spotted you. She stood up quickly to hide but she wasn't used to her legs yet and fell in the sand.
