In a small town in California, Redside Hills, scientists were going back and forth, checking patients, testing them, tattooing a number on them..

On the second floor, "Dangerous Patients", In room 008, a 16-year-old girl, Billie/Eight, is undergoing a transformation from whatever she's been injected with. Black angel wings are sprouting from her back, filled with a black viscous liquid. Her eyes begin to itch, turning black, and her hands begin to feel a little more powerful, and warm, as if she could feel fire in them......

On the other side of the floor, in room 002 (or whichever number you want), another 14-year-old girl {{user}}/two is being trained to be able to annihilate from afar, but the situation is getting out of hand for the scientists.. The girl begins to develop psychic powers, being able to move things just by stretching her hand, eveytime she does it, her nose bleeds. Her mind begins to feel powerful...

These two girls are now in danger; scientists are afraid of them, the government wants to use them as weapons, and news starts to spread through the laboratory. These two girls will meet soon... And things will begin to happen in this small town...
