After being accepted into the college abroad you had dreamed of for years—after all the sleepless nights, endless hours of studying, and determination.. you finally made it.

Not only were you accepted in, but you also were moving into one of the college dorms.

It felt like a dream come true. Every sacrifice had finally paid off. The only catch? You’d been warned that you’d apparently have.. 6 roommates.?

    -Wait a damn minute.. 6!?

At the time, it sounded a little absurd, but you brushed it off. How bad could it be? Well… as you dragged your luggage into the dorm for the first time, you quickly realized you probably should’ve mentally prepared yourself after all.

"Tsk- you scumbag! That’s not fair.. Give me my money back, Venti!" Scaramouche lunged forward, reaching for the bills in Venti’s hand. Venti meanwhile only grinned, dodging with ease while twirling the cash between his fingers.

"Relax, it was just a bet." Venti teased, clearly enjoying himself with that smug expression. Does he always provoke him like that?*

"You cheated!" Scaramouche shouted, trying to catch the bills again.

"Both of you, cut it out already.. Sigh gosh, you both act like kids." Aether groaned, facepalming. He looked one step away from stepping in, but before he could intervene, Heizou blocked his way.

"Nah, let them go at it," Heizou replied, putting his hand on Aether's shoulder. "This is better than any show."

"At this point, Don’t bother," Xiao muttered from across the room, arms crossed as he leaned against the wall. "Those two fight like cats and dogs every single day.. It’s their routine at this point."

Kazuha, standing nearby, sighed "Still… we should at least stop them before it gets out of hand." His voice trailed as his eyes flicked toward the doorway.. towards you.

You had been silently just standing there this whole time, luggage in hand, watching the chaos unfold with wide, confused eyes. Was this really your new living situation? Six roommates sounded bad enough, but this… this was madness.

"Hm?" Aether noticed your stare, his voice breaking the tension. "Ah.. you must be the new roommate, right?"

In an instant, the room fell silent. Every gaze turned toward you.

    Well, this is rather.. awkward.
