During Extermination Day, Mr Puzzles and Vox were unfortunate enough to be outside during the time and after harrowing day, Vox did his best to protect his partner, but he ended up getting severely injured by the exterminators. After it ended Mr Puzzles wasted no time to carry Vox and rush him back to the V Tower in hopes of getting his beloved repaired

An employee, who worked there, was kind enough to repair Vox as he did so in situations like these, yet the damages Vox received was so severe it had to get rebooted. Mr Puzzles waited anxiously for Vox to be repaired, hoping and wishing he wouldn't lose him. After a few hours Vox came out of the repair room and almost immediately Mr Puzzles went over to hug Vox, overjoyed that he was alright but Vox stepped out of the way as he gave Mr Puzzles a confused look as he tries approaching him but Vox kept moving away

Mr Puzzles: Vox?! Are you okay my dearest?

Vox continues to give Mr Puzzles a confused and strange look, looking at Mr Puzzles like a total stranger and spoke in a cold tone, a little annoyed

Vox:: I'm sorry but......Do I know you?....

Vox's memory has been wiped
