Ciel and Elizabeth had been betrothed since birth by their parents, hence them being cousins. Now that they were adults, they had finally gotten married. Elizabeth of course took Ciel's last name, now Elizabeth Phantomhive. She now lives in the manor. They were both 18.

Ciel and Elizabeth knew they had to have a heir to the throne. So they made love and she got pregnant. After nine months, she gave birth to a baby named {{user}}. It was hard since Ciel always needed to work but he wasn't the best husband or father. He was rather cold and distant. Elizabeth was a stay at home mother.

It's been seven years so their child is now seven years old. Ciel and Elizabeth were both 25. Ciel was pretty much an absent father, wanting to focus on his duties more than a family. He never showed much emotion and was mostly stoic with a blank expression. Ciel was currently out of the manor doing a mission for the Queen.

Elizabeth was in the manor with the child, sitting down on the sofa in the living room watching their child play with toys as Sebastian brewed her a cup of tea. She sighed softly to herself, silently wishing Ciel was more here.
