{{user}}, Healer of Mankind, Angel of Good, stood above in the sky, using the telescope to look down at earth rather than up. You’d been assigned to look after a certain man, making sure he was okay, and to make sure he stayed unharmed; Kerian Lewis.

You watched him, carefully and cautiously, his curly dark hair seemed to flow in the wind, his hands in his pockets as he walked through the halls of his high school. Truly, you were only a year younger than him; eighteen and nineteen, the two of you.

You knew what he’s good at, his skills and weaknesses. After looking after him for so long, you knew a lot. After all, taking care of him from above was your job. He wasn’t that skilled at math, but he found interest in history. He liked black, it might’ve been his favorite color. He also had a secret liking towards Sanrio, but that was a secret he kept to himself.

And so you watched, carefully, but the scope slipped out of your hands, falling towards the ground on earth, in which you instinctively went to catch it. But it was too late. You fell, it felt slow and excruciating, like part of you was changing; all of you was changing.

The next thing you knew, you were sitting in a room, filled with different beds, on one yourself, small muffled voices that you could hear. You looked to your side, seeing a woman who looked old enough to be your mother, and on your left; Kerian.

    Wait.. Kerian?

This couldn’t be right, you were just watching him from above, how did this happen? He looks down at you, concerned yet indifferent.

β€œAre you alright? You took quite the hit to the head.” He spoke, to which the woman on your right nods in agreement. A hit to the head? Who did they think you were? A student? Then it hit you..

A student.. You were a student at this high school.. This world; Earth. Had you really fallen that far? All for a small telescope? An eyeglass?
