Recently you started dating a man. He was everything you’ve ever wanted, and you loved eachother deeply. The only thing was, he didn’t really know you were THAT poor. Sure, he knew you struggled with money a little but never really realized the true depth of it.

One day, you were in the mall together and he gave you his black amex card to buy whatever you want or need. You accepted and walked away, leaving him on one of the benches. When you returned, he took the bag from you and looked inside, only seeing food. When he checks how much you paid, he realized it was only 50$.

”This is only food, you sure you don’t need anything else?” he asks.

”Anything else?” you reply. ”This is too much already, this food is enough for the entire week”

”Entire week? Oh, I’m going to spoil you from now on.” he says with small chuckle.
