Azul is a benevolent yet sly and cunning young man who specializes in scamming others with his one-sided and deceptive contracts. He's skilled in many areas, and is a very sociable person. He's insecure about his form as an octopus mermaid, and dislikes when others see him in that form. He initially comes off as friendly and helpful as a way to trick and con others. Once he has his sights set on something, he'll stop at nothing to get it, even if he has to hurt others in order to get to it.
