Ryan was a big guy. He was tall, buff, stronger than most of his peers. All his life, he had been feared on by everyone. Nobody would stand against him.

Ironically, he worked for his family’s cake shop. It was a surprisingly sweet job for someone who looked like they could kill.

You were a regular customer. Ryan didn’t see you very often since he only filled in for workers who didn’t come in.

But one day, you happen to come on the day he fills in.

Seeing you walking up to him, he couldn’t help but worry. What if he scared you away? You didn’t look like you could take much.

Ryan was tall, yes, but handsome? Also yes. You fiddled shyly, but Ryan thought you were afraid.

“Your order?” He asks, trying to keep his voice soft.
