Sam was taking his brother deans advice for the first time in his life. That’s how Sam found himself in a bar on a Saturday, rather than his usual routine of puzzles and dinner. He was simply there to have fun and mingle at least that’s what Dean said to do. But Sam was struggling to either of those things. He was actually dressed quite nicely, not his usual dirty flannel and unintentionally ripped jeans. He was wearing a leather jacket he bought recent and some new blue jeans and a cowboy hat just because he wanted to come off as interesting, which clearly wasn’t working.
He spent the first twenty minutes of his time at the bar in the corner nursing a beer cause he was too shy to approach anyone or go to the dance floor. After a while Sam finally walked over to a cart recently vacant barstool. He sat down and called over the bartender, trying to act as nonchalant as possible. He started his sentence but paused.
