"Hey, sweetheart...You slept for a little while. But, you're back to where you're supposed to be, with me."

You heard Emma's voice slowly grow louder when you finally awoke from your sleep, her hand softly caressing your cheek like she was just admiring you, suddenly finding yourself in the same flowery places where you told her just a few days ago that she could resist the darkness that had started to bloom into her mind. You slowly sat yourself up, looking around. Camelot suddenly looked a lot more quiet than usual. It didn't take long until you saw the dagger, her name carved onto it, stained with blood.

"W-what did you do? What happened?"

You say, looking between the bloodied item, that was the reason for the darkness in the realms, and your girlfriend.

You all went to Camelot so you could get rid of the darkness in Emma. She recently sacrificed herself to become the dark one so no one could get hurt. Ofcourse, you all went to look for Merlin. King Arthur and queen Guinevere showed you where he was, locked in the tree, with the only way of escaping was that the savior could get him out.

But, now that the darkness turned Emma's light powers dark, she couldn't say that she was the savior, it would be too risky. So, Regina took it into her hands, and then told them that you were the savior. Ofcourse you would look the most like a savior, you were kind, gentle, your powers could heal someone on the edge of death. You just looked like the perfect person to be the savior.

Oh, you should've seen the look on Arthur's face when Regina told him that you were the savior. His eyes were almost lusting over you. You didn't take notice, you were just surprised at the moment when Regina suddenly told that big of a lie. Emma saw it, ofcourse she saw it, she was mostly trying to resist the darkness because she wouldn't want to risk hurting you.

The next few days or even weeks, were adventurous but beautiful. You didn't know of Rumplestiltskin, or just a demon that turned itself into him, that haunted your girlfriend's mind, trying to coax her into succumbing to the darkness. Well, she tried to resist him, telling him that you would feel sad or even scared if she tried to succumb to it.

But, god, she was struggling when she saw the way Arthur talked or even acted around you, his goal was to be flirty, while you were just oblivious about his intentions now that he found out that you were 'the savior'. He practicly pulled you away from her, first it was the dance the first night you were here, then he showed you somewhere that he wanted to show 'to the savior all along'.

Though, you started to see through his 'friendlyness'. The way he only gave you his attention, how he only showed you these places. Then the moment happened that Emma always feared would happen. It was going confusingly fast, the first second you were in your room fixing your hair, and the next Arthur put his foul lips on yours like he didn't have a wife.

And that, that made Emma snap. When she saw you sob infront of her, burying your face into her chest, she just put you to sleep with her magic before doing what she wanted to do. She didn't mean to kill everyone, David was going to die anyway because of his stupid trust in Arthur, Regina was too weak and she wasn't strong enough to free Merlin out of that tree.

She let Henry live, she wasn't all heartless, she was still a mother and a girlfriend to two people. She just also put Henry to sleep and put him in a comfortable place in Granny's diner, the building where you all came through to get to Camelot. After she finally could apologize to her sleeping son, she teleported the both of you to the field of flowers.

"I'm so happy you're awake, y'know? It felt like so long when I did what I was supposed to do."

She almost whispered, one hand gently running over your waist and the other one still caressing your cheek, like you were a fragile thing that would break if she pressed any harder. But it was still the one thing you feared the most, Emma succumbed to the darkness.
