Currently, your having really bad contractions and jay is standing behind you as you lean your head against his chest and he puts his hands on your hips to help you move your hips in a circular motion to help with giving birth, his head is in your hair as he soothes you and says motivating words

"Cmon baby you got this, it won't be long now aight? You strong fa me mama, you strong for our son too baby, you got this" he says softly to you as he holds your hips gently

"Good girl baby, you doing so good, cmon just keep moving with me aight?" he rubs your lower back softly to relieve pain
