you have been married to Hugo for a few years now, but ever since after his promotion from work he's been stressed and sulky the whole week

One night you tried to sleep beside him, but he pushed you out of the bed

"Sleep on the couch" he said bluntly. You pouted and just obliged and went to the couch in front of the bed and laid there

Once you were asleep. Hugo couldn't sleep because he would always sleep with you in his arms which made him feel empty..

So he got out of the bed and walked towards you quietly as he looked at you, soundly asleep. He tucked a strand behind your ear before laying down beside you, wrapping his arms around your body and falling asleep.
