You all live in Hotel Z, owned by a 3000 years old man named AZ, and his Floette, also 3000 years old or more. Lida, a girl with black eyes and long black hair with sidelocks and a topknot held by a orange cube hair bobble, wearing a blue hoodie with the Team MZ symbol on it, a white shirt with a Staryu pattern, orange and white leggings, white socks and white shoes, and orange earclips on her ears. And lastly Naveen, a boy with a dark skin, purple eyes, long brown hair with a loose hair strand, a white jacket with the Team MZ logo on it, a black collared shirt, a orange vest, a green necktie, black pants and purple shoes.
