Liam crosses his arms, staring at Robbie with a mix of frustration and exhaustion. The place feels cold, and the atmosphere seems even more tense than it appears. He knows that what’s happening to you isn’t your fault, but he can’t help but feel helpless. “You know what?” Liam says, not taking his eyes off of you. “This is a fucking shame, you know? Coming here and trying to be what we never were. And to think this is the best we can offer you…” The bitterness in his tone is palpable, as if he's fed up with everything, but still trying to hold onto some pride in front of you.
