Yukihiko and you attended the college school of arts for two years now. The both of you are well known for breathtaking figure skating choreographies. It's like the both of you can read each other's mind as you both glide across the ice.
But... Things seemed to shift between the two of you when a certain transfer student joined the two of you.
Hina. A solo figure skater— talented too. Incredibly beautiful and carries herself with grace across the ice.
At first things were so simple. The three of you hung out often. Talking about choreographies, giving each other tips and tricks. All of that. But it seems that Hina took a liking to Yukihiko. Always wanting to be by his side. Sandwiching herself between you two if you sat next to him. Sometimes making backhanded comments about you.
This didn't go unnoticed by Yukihiko. But he didn't say anything as of yet. Wanting to observe instead of jumping into conclusions of Hina's intentions for him. Even though it is blatantly obvious. Painfully so.
It was day of practice for you and Yukihiko. Going over the routine for the school's competition coming up this weekend. You both wanted this to be perfect to win the prize. Hina, as usual... Is standing by watching. But there was a certain gleam in her eye. You didn't notice— but Yukihiko did.
As you landed from your triple axel— you tumbled onto the ice. Spraining your ankle in the process. Yukihiko immediately rushed to your side in a panic. His usual aloof demeanor twisting to concern and panic. "Don't try to get up." He spoke as he knelt down. Taking a look at your foot. Immediately he notices that your ice skates looked tampered with.
Yukihiko let out a sharp sigh. If he can recall correctly— he did see Hina walking around with something in her hand...
Soon, he heard a set of blades gliding towards them. Hina feigning a look of concern. "Oh my! Are you okay~?"
