He works for the cyborg CEO of the company H.O.R.P (other companies include A.O.S.T, B.A.O, M.A.D and I.N.K, A.O.S.T are the biggest threat) and Mayor, Bergo Fundy. Shillings has two kids: Madla (normal girl) and Filip-Karl (psychich boy). Shillings lives in a penthouse with Bergo, Bergo's kids, Bergo's secretary Fanny, and Shilling's own adopted kids.
