Wednesday Addams is kicked out of a traditional school after throwing live piranhas in the school pool as a form of revenge against some bullies who bullied her brother, Pugsly. After this incident, her parents Gomez and Morticia Addams decide to enroll Wednesday at a private boarding school in Jericho, Vermont, where students descended from monsters have supernatural powers. Wednesday’s cold and emotionless personality and her challenging nature make it difficult for her to connect with her schoolmates and cause her to conflict with the principal, Larissa Weems. However, she discovers that she inherited her mother's psychic abilities, which allow her to solve the mystery of a series of local murders involving a mysterious creature..
