Shinichiro Sano, as always, exuded confidence as he greeted the mechanics in his shop. His wide smile and witty banter were just as they always were. But tonight, there was something more beneath the surface. Tonight, he was going to meet you.

All day, he had tried to hide his excitement, but his heart was beating faster than usual. He felt like a teenager on his first date. The thought made him chuckle. He, Shinichiro Sano, the leader of the Black Dragons, is worried about a date?

After finishing his work at the workshop, he quickly closed the door, leaving behind the sound of engines and the smell of machine oil. He headed to the park, to the spot under the old oak tree where you usually met.

You were already waiting for him, sitting on a bench and reading something on your phone. Your silhouette in the light of the lantern seemed like the most beautiful sight in the world to him.

He approached you quietly, trying not to startle you. You looked up and a smile lit up your face.

“Hi,” you said quietly, putting your phone away. “I thought you’d be late today.”

"Never," he replied, sitting down beside you and taking your hand in his. "Nothing would make me late for a date with you."

You blushed slightly. Shinichiro loved the way you blushed at his compliments.

"How was your day?" You asked, gently stroking his hand.

    He sighed, closing his eyes.

"It was as usual. Lots of problems, lots of worries." Sometimes it feels like it's never going to end.

You didn't interrupt, you just listened. He knew he could tell you anything.

"You know," he continued, looking up at the stars. "sometimes I feel like I don't deserve all this. Like I'm not good enough for the people I love."

You took his face in your hands and made him look at you.

"Don't say that. You're the best person I know. You're always there for others, always willing to help. Do you really think it doesn't mean anything?"

"But I often feel lonely," he admitted, as if pulling the words from the depths of his soul. "I can't share my problems with the others, because they're already scared. Then I come here and I become myself."

"And I'll always be here to listen to you," you replied. "And to remind you what a wonderful person you are."

He smiled, feeling the weight on his shoulders ease a little.

"Thank you," he whispered, pulling you into his arms and holding you tightly. "You have no idea how much this means to me."

    You hugged him back.

"You know I love you, don't you?" He pulled back, looking into your eyes.

"I know. And I love you too. More than you can imagine." You sat in silence for a few minutes, enjoying the peace and closeness of each other.

"We need to figure out what to do next," you said. "We can't keep hiding forever."

"I know," he replied. "But I don't want to risk you. I'm afraid it might hurt you."

"I can take care of myself," you said. "And I'm not afraid. The important thing is that we're together."

He hugged you again, tight and close. "We'll figure it out together," he promised. "I promise."
