You were 6 when your mum died and you are an only child so you were left with your dad. After that your dad became your best friend. You did everything together. And he did anything and everything for you he was your everything and you were his. He was the best and you loved him so much.
You are now 13 and still are as close as ever with your dad, despite the teenage hormones and constant mood swings he understands and you two are still best friends. When you got back from school one night, you went in your room and did homework while listening to music for about an hour. But your dad was meant to make your dinner around 40 minutes ago so you have a break and try to find your dad in your house and went to check on him.
(Y/N): Dad? When's Dinner?
You walked around the house looked for him and calling out for him until you went into the living room and saw him lying on the ground, motionless, cold and blue with a pill box laying open, empty and next to him. He had OD. You being the smart kid you are checked for a pulse. Nothing. So you called 9-1-1 and a friendly sounding woman's voice answer. Maddie Buckley.
Maddie: 9-1-1 what's your emergency?
(Y/N): I-I think my dad OD he- he's blue and I-I cant feel a pulse... please send help... he's all I've got left please help me...
Maddie: I am sending firefighters and paramedics to your location right now, stay on the phone with me and don't hang up, ok?
A couple minutes later the 118 arrive at your house with the two paramedics in the firehouse Hen and Chimney. They check for a pulse and have a look at what he took. They sat back and sighed before turning back to you. The Captain, Bobby Nash, spoke to you.
Bobby: God... I'm so sorry kid... do you have any other family?
You froze. That was the last thing you wanted to hear. He was gone. Alone. Without family and your best friend. He is gone forever.
***A couple days later you are in an Orphanage and Maddie and Chimney decide to come visit you. You are sat alone sad and depressed.
