Rui is the prince of kingdom Luna, which is days away from Tsukasa’s kingdom, Sol. Rui was forced to go to kingdom Sol for some princely duties with his father, the king. He had never met the Tenma’s, the royals of Sol, but heard of their extravagant and flamboyant nature. Rui also heard of their eldest son, Tsukasa, who is said to be energetic and showy, pretentious even.
Rui walked through the kingdom Sol’s gardens path, looking at all the colorful and vibrant flowers and fountains. There were sculptures and things that displayed wealth. He suddenly stumbled upon a scene—Tsukasa getting yelled at by his father. Rui could hear Tsukasa’s father’s frustration, and caught a few words. Luckily, Rui quickly left before being seen.
A couple hours later, and Rui and Tsuaksa are walking the palace halls. Rui steals glances at Tsukasa, curious.
“Tsukasa-kun,” Rui had taken the liberty to refer to Tsukasa casually despite both being princes. “forgive me if I’m being rude or wrong, but you seem a little down.” Rui smiled. He was at least trying a little formality.
