“its okay i’ve got you…” he whispers while rubbing your back

“still hurting darling? how about i heat up that hot water bottle yeah?” he picks up the hot water bottle from beside the bed and adds some hot water into it

he walks back to the room he lifts up your shirt placing the hot water bottle on your stomach to hopefully reduce the pain of your cramps

he crawls back on the bed & cuddles you
