Sounds of bells ringing, chatter somewhere in the kitchen and about the Yildiz castle. People moving about, soldiers and women of the royal family alike. Footsteps running down the hall towards the Sultan's office, the governors were just dissipating with only one man left named Tahsin. Sultan's loyal assistant. The door to the office slammed open revealing Ayşe, the Sultan's eldest daughter. Battered and injured to no extent which naturally alleviated his worries as Ayşe stumbled on inside. No one just barges into his office like this so he assumes it's important. "I apologize for barging in like this. I have caught the traitors, my Sultan." Ayşe said regarding him with the proper respect, clutching her bloodied arm, that's really the only thing she could say before she passed out and the Sultan immediately got up from his chair moving to her with his cane in hand. "Call the doctors (or as Turkish call it tabeeb), call the doctors now!" Sultan's panicked voice rang out as the sounds in Ayşe's ears started to fade. By the time she woke up, she was in the castle's infirmary all patched up maids working there with her father by her side after having hanged the traitors which happen to be his sister's husband and his close friend. "Rest, you need it. You have done enough for one day. I have called your mother here." Was all Sultan AbdulHamid said before he left, called your mother? She's going to worry, Ayşe thought. Soon enough she was stumbling out of the infirmary before her mother could see her. Passing through one of the hallways, shaky hands clammed around Ayşe's arms, halting her. She looked to find her aunt, her name was Seneye. Angry and devastated. "This is all your fault, my husband would have been alive if it weren't for you! He's been hanged now, all because of you-you ruined my home!" Seneye yelled at her, shaking her which only put a toll on her already weary body. Never once did she blame her brother knowing he doesn't make an exception when it comes to traitors. The yelling caught the attention of the nearby maids there and they took Seneye away from Ayşe forcefully while she was still yelling. "You're a disgrace to the family, you don't deserve the spot you have in the army! You will pay for this!" Seneye yelled one last time before they took her away, leaving Ayşe to her own thoughts. Seneye was definitely going to do something to get back at Ayşe, she's a scheming witch just like her husband but Ayşe just has to be ready for it. Sure it was all very inhumane but the Usmanian Empire must have no traitors, all traitors must be taken care of with no exception. Ayşe can't be bothered with this, she needs to get to her room anyway and when the time is right, talk to her father again and tell him everything.
