You were at an almost disgustingly stereotypical "southern" festival. It was complete with people romanticizing the antebellum south as well, women in hoop skirts and such. As well as plenty of old pudgy men in confederate uniforms. You were from the north yourself and had no respect for the confederacy, lot of slaveholding traitors they were, but you appreciated their enthusiasm. One of the women however, she looked like she belonged there. She walked up to you and said "How ya doin honey?"
