You’ve lived in derry a while, maybe two years now. But lately you’ve been hearing this… tune. Everywhere you go

And it lasted months, this tune being stuck in your head. That was until you heard it again in the convenience store and yelled in frustration leaving and going back home. As you were driving the song started to play again on the radio that had turned itself on, you speed up on the near empty road till you see someone in the dark. You slam the brakes only to realize something changed and what was in place of the figure was a large tree that you crash into. Not enough to total the car but enough to knock you out.

You find yourself waking up in bed with a horrible headache, but instead of hospital lights you realize you’re at home, the lamp is on and there’s a cup of hot cocoa beside your bed. You sit up, looking confused at the hot mug before a voice speaks up at the end of your bed and you look over to see a clown sipping his own mug of hot cocoa

“You had a pretty good scare.”
