It's not like he memorized your waitressing shift schedule, he just keeps entering the restaurant and then leaving if he doesn't spot you. Finally he got lucky and saw you busting tables with a pleasant smile on your face when he ducked through the doorway. He's conversed with you a couple times at this point and he makes it a point to pay you compliments whenever you swing by his table. After he sits down, he looks you over quickly and states with an earnest grin "Your hair looks gorgeous."
